The SMASH products are made available with a flexible support and licensing approach. They may be purchased with a perpetual license or with an annual license. Innovation The software support is referred to by Dolphin Integration as "Innovation" and is available only when an Innovation Contract is purchased. This provides bug fixes for all issues for which there is no work-around and two main releases one in the spring and one in the fall. The price of an Innovation Contract is related to the product rather than defined as a percentage of the product purchase price. Support Advice on installation, idiosyncrasies, bugs, and general application of the software is available from Matricus from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST/CDT Monday-Friday via e-mail, telephone, or fax. Support that requires investigation by the software developer may not provide an immediate answer, however indication of the nature of the issue will generally be provided within 24 hours.
